Pawel Golembiewski is the founder of the Academy of Negotiation and one of the most experienced negotiators in Central Europe. With over 25 years in the field, he has closed more than 500 negotiations across real estate, business contracts, automotive, and commercial terms.

He is the author of 8 books on negotiation, including the bestselling "Bible of Negotiation" (486 pages, 120 stories, 27 techniques). His other titles include "Lions of Negotiation" (24 real estate stories), "Art of Negotiation" (519 pages, 71 chapters), and "101 Negotiation Stories."

As the coach of the Polish national negotiation team (WNR), Pawel combines academic knowledge with hands-on field experience. He has trained professionals from Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, and government institutions.
